Once we have finalized the design and engineering of your new ballistic wall, we will proceed to the manufacturing and installation process for your project.
3B has huge advantages when it comes to the installation of your project, our experienced installation crews make the process simple, easy, and stress-free.
Currently, 3B only offers full turnkey solutions from start to completion of your project. We do not do supply only and there are a few reasons for this. The first being all of our current clients love the fact that we are a one-stop shop for everything they need. They love the fact that we can provide ballistic, blast and forced entry products all wrapped up into one solution. Another major attraction is that we can include the demolition of the existing site to make way for the new wall, ground remediation if required, and even dealing with replacing landscaping if required. We do everything for your project plus anything else you may require. Our job is to make your job easier.
We have many years of experience installing ballistic walls, ballistic gates, and ballistic doors on substations to protect critical assets. We understand how utility companies work in terms of health and safety and the caution that is required working around energized substations. Being in control of the complete turnkey solution for your project and by using our own crews gives us the ability to execute projects more effectively than you having to source multiple vendors, as we will supply everything for your perimeter security in terms of the perimeter walls, doors and gates.
3B’s solutions can be installed very quickly compared to other construction products. Many of our clients are switching from using standard CMU blocks as it gives no ballistic protection, also it is slow to install, and if it gets damaged, most engineers would require the complete wall to be torn down to the foundation, and last but not least CMU block is unattractive without any type of rendering administered to the finished wall.
Our unique system comprises panels, columns and caps. On average, based on a 12ft high wall we can install a minimum of 400-500ft of wall per week over a 5-day period. Our most recent achievement was a project that we were tasked with where we had a 6-week timeline to install 2600 ft of wall 2 gates and 1 man door. We met the timeline.
